1. Eat a balanced diet rich in vegetables,fruits,nuts and boiled fish.
2. Exercise moderately for at least 30min a day for at least five times a day.
3. Keep your weight near ideal and concentrate on fitness than low weight.
4. Proper relaxation after work and socialise outside work also.
5. Get appropriate vaccinations.
6. Consult a physician for regular checkup to make sure that you are otherwise ok at least once a year after 35 years.
7. Avoid abuse and dependence of alcohol and smoking is injurious.
8. Mental health is also important.
9. Act against pollution at least around your community.
10. Safe sexual practises.
